Laminar infrared systems
Laminar infrared systems offer greater resistance to wear as infrangible material is not used (quartz glass).
Laminar infrared (IR) radiation lamps are produced and installed directly on modular systems (panels) based on the requirements. Panel modularity is infinite.
Thanks to the quicker switch-on (heating) - switch-off (cooling) times, the Laminar infrared (IR) systems optimise operating consumption, increasing energy savings.
Advantages of Laminar Infrared (IR) systems
- Maximum energy efficiency.
- Reduced switching on and off response times.
- Less energy consumption when starting to operate.
- Best absorption of the Medium Wave range.
- Manageable constantly in environments with Temp. of 850 C° (1562 ° F) 2.5 microns - 9.6 microns
- Power density up to 50 kW/m2 (5 W/cm2).
- Each module has the maximum radiant heating area.
- Modules and modular areas custom implemented.
- Voltage range10 Volt to 660 Volt, completely controllable.
Infrared laminar modular systems are used in all industrial sectors where high attention
to energy savings makes a difference in production costs.
